They upgraded for free my room because my booking stated that the room had balcony, and I wanted the balcony. So they gave me a much bigger room on the 4th floor that was simply wonderful. The bathroom had both bathtube and walk-in shower (big size and impeccable cleaning & maintenance). The balcony was big, all wooden, great traditional style. The bed was big and REALLY confortable. I never had back pain and slept like an angel. Breakfast is a la carte and is of good quality, plus they remember your preferences and are very attentive to everything. Keep in mind that it is not exactly a hotel. In the sense that the front desk from 5 p.m. onward is closed, and you enter the facility with a numerical code that opens the door. So it is more like a private residence than a classic hotel. To my taste this is a plus, but keep it in mind.

Very charming, warm and clean place. Loved this as a home base. The staff was terrific - very friendly and helpful. Conveniently located in the Old City, but in the corner on the opposite end of the more popular restaurants and bars. Perfect if you want to be centrally located, but just outside of the hustle and bustle. The room is spacious, modern, and cozy - just not very well lit. I’m glad I had a balcony to make it feel a bit more open. The bed was very comfortable! One of the more comfortable ones I’ve experienced in Thailand. Would definitely stay here again.

The bathtub and consistent hot water were incredible, and made me feel very home. I enjoyed the balcony, and the location in old town near the South Gate — right by the night market! Very convenient. Friendly staff and quite a clean room each of my six days. It was easy to both relax, and get work done. The Wi-Fi was reliable enough for a bunch of video calls. I did try to host a 300-person virtual all hands while there and that didn’t work great lol. That’s 100% my fault. Zero complaints.

The beds are very comfortable. The shower is great. The breakfast offered juice, fresh made coffees, toast, fruit and a hot egg choice. Rooms are quite big. There are stairs to all rooms, higher floor, more steps. But, there's a dumb waiter to bring luggage to your floor. It's a smaller, family run hotel that knows what it means to provide good service. Rooms are very clean and refreshed every day by staff. We think this location is very convenient.

I had a clean, modern room that looked better than the photos, and the best shower I've had since travelling around Asia. Complimentary water, soda, tea, coffee. Friendly and helpful staff and late checkout as standard (I checked out 5 mins late, no issue). Breakfast is great with Western and Thai cooked options on top of buffet selection. Would stay again.
